I think we need to change the NHS - it’s broken. It is all parties who have caused this.

conservatives - absolutely
liberals - you ducked the opportunity to make a difference.
labour - yes you too. Wales anyone?
scotland- oh but it’s all the nasty people in Westminster’s fault, even though it’s devolved and we can raise our own extra tax.

none of the above are honest. All use it to play political games.

the thing is nobody (except liberals, when they hadn’t a hope, puts tax rises in the manifesto.

I think the NHS reform should be taken out of the party political “hopes and prayers” rhetoric and be subject to an all party review (all nation too) to look at different systems (exclude the USA one as it will be used as a dog whistle) and come up with the top 3. These should then go to a referendum - could even try single transferable vote.

The NHS matters too much to leave it to party politics.

but it does no good where as people getting together and going to downing st well cause wider interest and that’s when people in power react even if they don’t won’t to because now the world can see and they don’t want that

Do you think people currently aren't aware that the NHS is in a mess? Even my 10yr old knows it's in a mess. It's not wider interest that's needed - and we don't live in North Korea, the world already knows. This is a bizarre post.
