Renewing DSs passport after separation

If your ex has a full custody, would you agree to renew DC's passport if they had a history of taking DC abroad for 6 weeks without your knowledge?

No. Unless you mean there is no visitation at all, no parenting time.

I always thought it was very difficult to get a child’s passport renewed if one parent didn’t sign the form but have read on here many times that people have done it fairly easily. With that in mind I would be reluctant to be seen as “difficult” by not signing. If you are concerned about your child being taken out of the country without your consent you need to talk to a solicitor about either a formal agreement or worst case scenario having your child out on the airport watch list.
