To see my GP for this?

I've completely lost my appetite. Can suddenly go all day without eating and when I do eat I seem to get full up very fast compared to usual. It's been about 5/6 days of the same. Unusual for me as I love food and usually struggle not to have a sweet treat most days. I'm just overweight but only by about 8lbs so not massively overweight. It's just really unusual for me and I'm a bit worried. Would you see your GP or just give it some time?

Ovarian cancer is not the most common, BUT it still has a really high mortality rate exactly because it's difficult to pick up. The faster women report symptoms, the more likely they are to have a complete recovery. At least until a serious cure is discovered.

7000 diagnoses a year, only 50% survive 5 years or more.

If you can't think of an obvious cause (i.e. anxiety/depression for which you feel there could be steps to try yourself first before speaking with a GP) and it's a new problem you've not experienced before (i.e. you're not always experiencing various abdominal symptoms and this is just a slight variation) then I don't think there's a benefit in waiting much longer to see if it settles. I'd book an appointment.

Yes I would see a GP. Stomach cancer is another - pretty worst case/ unlikely - scenario which can present with a lack of appetite/ ability to eat.
