For the past 6 months or so I’ve been very very sore downstairs in the days leading up to my period. I’m 34 and have three kids and have never really experienced this before.
this month is really painful. The outer part of my bits on the left hand side feels completely raw. I’m on day 2 of my period.
I’m not sure if it’s a ph imbalance or something hormonal.
anyone else ever experienced this?
