Annoying neighbours as they regularly throw rubbish into their front garden and had a mattress out there for months - potentially not their fault but it looked gross.
They’ve now knocked down their stone front wall and just piled the stones on the pavement blocking it by a good 60%. Are they even allowed to do this? They can do what they want with their garden but the pavement isn’t theirs.
