Am I being stupid

Trying to work out holiday allowance for my staff and my brain cannot work this out.

They work 20 hours a week over 4 days. How many days holiday do they have? Can anyone whose brain works help me out?

I've tried on the holiday entitlement calculator but just cannot work it out.

You need it in hours, not days.

start with full time annual leave hours and then work out what % the 20 hours is of this.

Then work out how many hours full time annual leave plus BH is, and then work it out to the %.

This means everyone gets the same entitlement to annual leave and BH time.

the part timer books leave in hours, and gets a win if they don’t work Mondays,

And if they work 3 hours on a Tuesday and 6 on a Thursday it is still fair when the leave is booked
