Plenty of people have, why not have a Google

Not yet, but about to initiate a claim through Small lairs court, but waiting to see if PayPal take action on my behalf.

I am beginning to wonder if I will need to after a recent stay. The host is trying to claim nearly £1,500 for some marks on the walls. What was your experience?
