The rules of the game are very simple. As soon as you know about the game, you are playing the game. Every time you remember you are playing the game, you lose the game. That’s it.

I’ve been playing the game for at least 30 years now, it had been several years since I last lost though…😂

And I should have said - a key part is to say “I just lost the game” anytime you remember ythe game, because it automatically means that anyone in the vicinity who is playing the game, loses too…
