Contraception at 49

If you’re in the 47/48+ bracket what contraception do you use? Do you ever not use contraception?

Im 49, coil been removed and wondering what to use next.

Sterilised during my last delivery ( c section). So glad. Prior to that I liked my diaphragm best, I've tried everything else.

Only use condoms as I don’t like any of the other choices. In 10+ years probably had to get the MAP 2-3 times due to condom failure.

After I've had this baby I'm going to get sterilised. I'm nearly 42.

Post/during menopause I've had a coil fitted to help guard against femal cancers. Have you been advised to not get another coil?
