To worry about one off bed wetting

My DS is 13. He did wet the bed fairly regularly until he was about 9. He had medication but he did grow out of it. Since then never set until once randomly in October. Then, it’s happened again tonight. He forgot to go to the toilet before bed both times, but I still think it’s odd he didn’t wake. He’s obviously mortified and we’re trying to play it down but has anyone else experienced this?

Does he have worms? My daughter was reliably dry and then wet the bed a few nights in a row. Turns out she had worms in her poo that I spotted when she went on the potty! (She was only two at the time). We got an over the counter treatment and it was all sorted quickly.
