Worked somewhere for a long time , and md is generally thought badly of in company but also a shareholder . Yesterday when I saw him he said Oh her she comes dragging her feet and all hunched up , stood up did an impression of me apparently. I laughed but now thinking about it I am thinking wtaf ? I don’t want to leave and I can’t make a formal complaint but just left feeling thinking he is just awful .

Yeah sounds awful, is there anything you can do back as ‘banter’ if he does it again?

I'm sorry they did this to you and them being the MD has really got you over a barrel with what to do too.

Punching down by making fun of another is the lowest form of humor and anyone doing it and anyone who thinks it's funny are pretty miserable POS. Not to mention in hindsight you have a 101 comebacks too?

Hi Op

There is obviously something wrong with them,

They are insecure and have issues about themselves and life in general,

So hence the need to try attempts to ridicule you, to make themselves feel better.

They are pathetic 🙄 really individual

Who have probably not much/little going for them as a individual.

Sorry to hear you work for a Prick like this Op
