To ask for recommendations on refurbished iPad?

I need to get two refurbished iPads for my kids but no idea who is reputable.

Please could I have recommendations?

Both boys have ASD and I want to see if the youngest will use it for communication.

CeX are pretty good.

If you go in person they have very helpful staff who will tell you what model you need to run certain apps, as the older ones won't take some updates.
