I had laminate flooring in my very small open plan kitchen and I’ve slipped and gone arse over head on it a few times.
On my daughter’s orders (she worries) I decided to buy some rubber non- slip stud tiles after being assured by an old friend that he could lay them for me. He’s always bragging about the two carpet shops he had and all the big jobs he’d done in the past.
Well he’s laid them really badly - you can see all the joins and it’s not cut straight at the edges ffs. I was a bit worried when he started tbh after he dropped my microwave, cut his finger (twice) when replacing the blade in his Stanley knife and could hardly get on his knees. I can’t hurt his feelings by telling him it looks shit (he’s not that well) because he’s so pleased he’s “helped me out” but I AM PISSED OFF 😂 you’ve got to laugh!
