Okay so this is going back 25 years. I have buried this memory very deep and forgotten about it, but I feel like I need to speak about it (don’t want to IRL so online anonymously is perfect).

my parents owned a hotel and I was working in one of the bars in it when I was a teenager. I can’t say the EXACT age but it was definitely between 16-18.

My sister is 15 years older than me and he is the same age as her. Therefore he was between 31-33 when this happened.

BIL was there at an event and drinking heavily with his family, he wasn’t (and still isn’t a big drinker). He would have a beer or glass of wine with dinner most evenings but rarely drinks to extremes like he was this night.

Anyhow, barely seen him the whole night & it comes to the end of the night and we’re chatting - nothing unusual.

I was going through my teen/rebellious stage and had my tongue pierced.

He pulled me in really close and said to me I bet you can do some really good things with that, while sticking out his tongue & pointing to it.

I remember laughing nervously, and he kept repeating ‘so what kind of things can you do with it’

I assume he was alluding to oral sex but of course I’ll never know. AIBU to think this?

I remember feeling so uncomfortable and happy when someone called me away to help them.

Ew. YANBU. What a creeper. Is he still married to your sister?

mycatsanutter · 15/01/2023 19:42

Yea I can see why that's something you wouldn't forget , I take it they are still together ?

HandsOffMyCarrierBags · 15/01/2023 19:45

Is BIL an ex now?

Glitterybee · 15/01/2023 19:49
