Hi, asking for information really.
I work for the NHS and would like to support the strike action. I am not a member of a union.
I understand that I am able to take unpaid absence from work. I have not been able to establish whether I am allowed to officially or unofficially join the picket line. There are a number of us in our department who would like to join the picket line.
We are all fully aware of our duty to leave the picket line to support our colleagues and would do this with no hesitation.
