Currently in my probation period at work.
Due to end 1st Feb.
Had to take time off work recently (approx 5 weeks) due to my mental health and then had pneumonia so was really poorly.
Have a probation meeting today where the likelihood is they will terminate my contract.
They did mention the other day that I will have to work a weeks notice? Seems a bit shitty considering theyre getting rid of me.
I do have just over a weeks holiday to use but that wont be enough to cover me through til the 1st Feb.
What do I do? Should I work the weeks notice or basically just go to the meeting and say thanks, wont be working my notice cos theres no point and just be done with it and let them sort my holiday pay and stuff out?
