To think I’m being haunted by a kinky ghost?

I will try and keep this short!!
I live alone in a flat.
Im not good at keeping it too tidy so I am having a big ‘New year’ clean.
I have found a pair of black, lacy kinky knickers in my flat, 100% not mine.
Believe they were picked up in a pile of clothes/blankets that was at the bottom of my bed but honestly not 100%!
I thought they looked like my sisters who comes to stay sometimes but she has said not hers.
I have asked my two friends who had access to my flat whilst I was away - not theirs.
I have asked my friend who I was away with - not hers or her girlfriends.
I have a partner but he is never in the flat without me as he lives elsewhere before anything thinks he is cheating on me!
I have messaged two other friends who both haven’t been here for months - this is my only option but I can’t see how I would have missed them for so long as I had a thorough bedroom tidy and move around not that long ago!
They look clean (thankfully) and waft of fresh washing so I can’t imagine they’ve been sitting around??
Am I being haunted by some kinky ghost? Have a weird stalker or has access to my flat? Have terrible memory loss and forgot what pants I owned??
Please help me come up with reasonable (or hilariously unreasonable) explanations as I feel like I’m going mad!!!!
YABU - there is a reasonable explanation to the pants being there and it will all make sense
YANBU - definitely a ghost or some other unexplainable explanation that you will never get to the bottom of until you get smothered in the night with further mystery lingerie

You picked them up accidentally in the changing room at gym/swimming pool? Stayed over at someone’s and put them in your bag with your stuff? Cat/dog (if you have one) pinched them from neighbours washing line?

Have you stayed anywhere else recently? Air B&B, holiday hotel? I’m thinking they could have been left behind in a drawer and put in your case accidentally.

They’re your sisters or one of your friends and they’re not admitting it 😉

I did stay in a hotel last week, I checked all the drawers before unpacking and was very systemised when packing again so I can’t see how I i have noticed although this does seem most likely! (Also funny how my packing is organised but my life/home is not!!)
Not been swimming / gym / launderette! No pets and the people who I’ve stayed with have been the ones I’ve asked and they’ve denied!

Had two more friends reply and stated no theirs! Only waiting on one reply and then I’m truly stumped and may have to burn my flat down just to make sure I don’t carry this ghost with me forever

Sounds like you have plenty visitors so they are bound to be one of theirs but they have just forgotten or something

If they're kinky maybe the owner doesn't want to claim them.

They either belong to one of your many female visitors but she doesn’t want to claim them or your boyfriend snuck them into your stuff hoping you’d wear them for him and is too mortified to admit he’s done it now that you’ve gone full detective mode on it. 😂

Love the suggestion that my boyfriend has hid them for me to wear but they look worn as the label has been cut out the back! And they’re black lacy with cut outs at the front and little gold rings on them

It is clear that the boyfriend is seeing someone else and her knickers accidently ended up in his bag which he brought over to yours and they fell out by accident.

Although weirdly I had a friend have this exact thing happen to them - she asked the BF and friends and they all said nope don't know those knickers...

Months later she discovered BF and one friend were at it even while she was asleep in the flat. She never suspected a thing and neither did the rest of us.

As you're in a flat this won't be appropriate as a suggestion but I dealt with a mystery underwear appearance : every few days something sexy would arrive on woman's bed.no ideas where coming from,some occupier,no boyfriend.
Came to light the neighbour fancied her and was coming through shared loft space and dropping them down into her bedroom.
She had a loft fire wall put up pdq !

This is what I was going to say - look for a secret hatch your perverted neighbour may be crawling through whilst you’re away! Stuff of nightmares!!

Seriously though, surely the obvious answer is that they belong to one of your friends who doesn’t want to admit it coz then you’ll know they’ve been having kinky sex in your bed 🤮
