Earlier today I fed my dogs. Big dog I feed in the kitchen, small dog I feed in the dining room. I sat in the dining room with small dog whilst he ate.
20 minutes later I went back into the kitchen and it felt noticeably cold. The kitchen window was suddenly wide open! Open as far as it could open. It was NOT open before I went in the dining room and closes with a solid latch.
even if the latch had been left undone and the window blew open 1) dog would have barked … she barks at the slightest noise
2) it would have made a bang as it hit the end of its hinges.
If someone had been in the house dog would have gone nuts and they would not have got passed the window.
How on earth did that happen then??
