I understand that places are busy and high volumes of calls etc but I have been on hold since 9 this morning between live chat and phone call, it’s so frustrating for a 2 minute phone call just to cancel an appointment yet if I no show to my appointment i’ll inundated with phone calls and letters, what else are people actually supposed to do!!! We also have lives/jobs and cannot sit around waiting for hours 😕 well thats a waste of a morning off work for me!
