Wondering and wandering

Wondering is said wUndering and means thinking curiously about something.
Wandering is walking about aimlessy.

Three times seeing these mixed up has maxed out my polite credit.

Realise I've missed an l out of aimlessly and now only have one leg to stand on.

Probably auto correct. Mine often changes wandering to wondering and I often don't notice until I've pressed post.

I think it's a Welsh thing, everyone I know who says wandering for wondering, is from Wales.

I actually really like that one, it seems very emphatic!

Some people are dyslexic mate... And we don't announce it or wear a badge. Some people are typing quickly on a phone and don't realise the error. If this is the sort of thing which makes you impolite (aka rude) to people, you have got some prob.
