Just had a dental appointment. My dentist was working at local hospital over Christmas. He said hospital is completely full, no beds, not enough staff. Said that there was a contract pre Brexit to take on 800 German nurses, but Brexit stopped this happening, not sure why.
surely this is not why people voted for it? I think people were so misinformed about the whole debacle it may be time to have a re think. I know this has been debated ad nauseum, but so many people, institutions are bearing the brunt of ignorance it is a disaster. I live in london for context not out in the sticks. My local supermarket had so many empty shelves today it was scary and inflation seems to be out of control, with an average rise of 40p per item on a weekly basis.
obviously it is not just Brexit and the situation is more complex than that
