Please help mumsnetters!!

Seen a used car I'm thinking of getting! One of the photos (see below attached!) Shows some roof rails INSIDE the car!

What are these for??? Is it like a roof rack inside? Doesn't seem enough space!

Anyone know?

Some sort of aid for disabled people, to help getting in and out of the car?

What kind of car is it? They fix into built in fittings so it must be a fairly standard option for this vehicle.

They’re interior roof bars for cargo. I assume the gap at the front is used too. For things like skis, paddles etc.
