To wonder what tf is wrong with me?

Have felt crap since 30th Jan. Had a slight “filmy” throat and felt a bit tired. Not Covid, did three LFTs over 48hrs.

On and off felt well but had a big nap New Year’s Eve before our Party and felt a lot better.

Since NYD I have just felt unbelievably groggy. The last 3 nights I have gone to bed at 9pm and slept until 7:30/8am. I just had a 20 minute nap in my office chair WFH.

I’m a bit of some foods, not in a big way just don’t fancy coffee (usually have 4-5) and stuff I usually love just not sounding tasty.

Weirdly I managed an hour at the gym last night and felt loads better for it but today back to feeling hideous.

No sore throat,
no headache
no tummy ache
no fever

Just feel like I’m wandering around in a great big fug.

What is this?

Oh and not pregnant either - have to have sex to get pregnant!

Check your vit D levels, you might be severely or mildly deficient. Ask the gp or do it privately, it’s about £30, many send a kit home.

check thriva online, they can do more stuff, like iron levels.

you probably have some sort of vit or mineral deficiency. Also see what your body is telling you to eat, go to supermarket and look at everything and grab what looks good. If you don’t want to eat at all, give your body a break. Maybe grab a multivitamin while you’re waiting for tests. Good luck

I did wonder about Vit D this morning, thought we had some but we don’t. Just been to sainsburys as well. If I still feel awful tomorrow I will grab a multivitamin on the way home and see if it helps!
