2 DS (7&8)
DS1 has had a constant cold since beginning of Dec. DS2 started coughing today. I've got a chest infection following the nasty virus doing the rounds. DH has gone back to work today and I've left the house twice in 5 days.
Broken sleep, hosting Xmas (it was a wonderful Xmas til I fell ill Boxing Day), a family death and battling the colds. Hoping my spark will come back soon. DH helping out.
Now I have the fear of letting them back into the school lurgy soup tomorrow.
Handwashing, fruit and veg, vitamins for all, Sambucol, Vit D and Zinc for me, fresh air and probiotics. Doing it all.
Onwards and upwards!!
