Totally overwhelmed by pregnancy

I'm almost 9 weeks, first pregnancy, planned with lovely DH who I married recently.

I'm feeling totally overwhelmed and worried my life is over. I'm so used to my independence. Love travel. Love sleep.

We are only planning on having one as I've always been conscious of the fact I want to still have some freedom.

I don't know whether the enormity of the responsibility we will have has just hit me, coupled with the fact the weather is shit and my nausea is debilitating.

Please tell me I haven't ruined my life by getting pregnant?

I will definitely, I have good friends but haven't told anyone yet apart from my mum.

I think you are best off going to the doctors and getting them to check if the line is unclear. That's what I did with my first.

I'm not sure that it's clear enough to say either way, and I don't think those threads where people say yes or no to a line are overally helpful. Possibly give false hope or false despair.
Good luck for it. Maybe do a test in a few days. Line tends to be clearer later on. Do it as your first wee in.the morning.
