To talk about my mam?

Probably not the right area but never mind.

My mam died suddenly last night, she was 67.., my poor dad had to do cpr.

It's just so cruel, she was so fit and healthy and we'd had a lovely Christmas and now she's gone and I don't know what I'm going to go without her.

She was so full of life and energy and I'm never going to see her again. She was just the most amazing person and I speak to her everyday, but now she'll never answer the phone again.

It hurts so much.

I'm sorry, very sorry for your loss and the shock of sudden death.

We lost our daughter in law a week ago and still reeling.

My mum died in an accident whilst on holiday so I understand the devastation and grief you are in. It overwhelmed me for a long time. She died 7 years ago and I still miss her immensely but have now learnt to manage it.

Like you I spoke to her several times a day and we were very close, I now ring my db or best friend at the times when I would have rung her so have found another path.

Be easy on yourself and take every emotion as it comes would be my advice, don’t hide your grief but talk to people about how you’re feeling. Keep talking on here too as there will always be someone to listen.
