Don't download them? I'm not quite sure what you mean.

Change comes from within.

AtTheNursingHome · 26/12/2022 21:52

well you can’t. you can always download them again after deletion. it’s willpower

Eileen101 · 26/12/2022 21:53

Delete the apps? Then don't download again, maybe have a meal plan in place for stuff you have in, to reduce temptation.

Close your eyes and change your password. Then you have to request a new one to log in, and hopefully it gives you time to think and realise you don't want it

Sparklesocks · 26/12/2022 22:04

It’s quite extreme but if you can’t stop - ask a friend to change the passwords on them all to something you don’t know so you can’t physically login.

You can get your bank to ban purchases from just eat and uber eats. I did this.
