I started with Nutella pancakes with berries and a coffee for breakfast. Ds had requested this for Xmas breakfast and it sounded good to me too!

Lunch was about 1:30. We had a started of creamy mushrooms on toasted sourdough. Then turkey and all the trimmings. I ate loads. Dessert an hour or so later was a chocolate pudding.

Had a big plate of cheese, crackers, grapes and nuts just now while watching Netflix and will finish the night off with a cup of tea and some fancy M&S chocolate biscuits.

Absolutely overdone it and I do plan to eat better in the new year but for today....fuck it! What have you had?

A can of Sprite for breakfast, a bowl of soup for lunch, and I'm thinking about a crisp sandwich for dinner. I haven't been able to taste anything for days SadSadSad

Blimey don't some people eat alot.

Breakfast, a banana at lunchtime, Christmas Dinner at 4 and a couple of biscuits afterwards.

Funny, I was thinking some people don't eat much if they can count the number of chocolates they've eaten on Xmas Day lol.

Chocolate waffle for breakfast, spring rolls, cheesy bites and prawns in tempura for starter, full turkey roast plus yorkshires, Christmas pud, brandy butter and custard, cheese and biscuits and a few grapes later. Plus loads of chocolates over the course of the day.

Boxing Day, ham and rolls for breakfast, steak and mushroom sauce with rice for lunch, trifle for pudding, more cheese and biscuits plus Christmas cake in the evening. And.....loads of chocolates lol.

A lot of crap! Been eating like this for a couple of weeks! David he scales at Fat Club weigh in this week! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
Coffee
Cappuccino
Cheese & chicken toastie
Packet of crisps
About 10 Quality St type chocolates
Three slices of pizza
Sausage butty
About 20 Pringles
1/2 bottle Rose wine

Smellywellyhoo · 27/12/2022 21:30

And a banana! 🤣

Tigofigo · 27/12/2022 21:42

On Christmas day...

Two coffees
smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, brioche
Two pieces of fruit
Several chocolates
Two glasses of fizz
Big Christmas dinner plus seconds
Three glasses of red wine
Mince pie
Christmas pudding and cream
Chocolate pudding x 2 helpings
Cheese, crackers, chutney
More chocolates
Gin and tonic

Boxing day - so much cheese, wine and choco it made this look abstemious! I've piled weight on in the past week, feel bloated, sluggish and have constipation... Good reminder of why I don't eat or drink this much very often.

Appreciate the amazing gravy posts - amazing gravy makes the difference; I often roast a chicken with a view to the amazing gravy.

Which is lucky for me and my bad tooth - it's the main ingredient with my mash. Better be off back to the kitchen - the chicken is resting, whilst the pots are roasting and the sugar syrup (Pisco Sours) is cooling.

Gravy to be made.

Oh my god yes. Good gravy makes a meal magnificent

Old thread and I replied originally so here goes!

1 egg, 1 slice of toast.

Lunch will be a tin (yes, a whole tin) of vegetable soup.

Dinner will be small portion of homemade stew.

Trying to lose 1 stone ASAP.

Morning - cherry juice, banana, herbal tea, mocha

Afternoon - raw peanuts, tea with almond milk
