A biscuit layer in the middle?

I can't find the proof, my family doesn't believe me.

You used to cut it, but it was hard and the biscuit layer used to make the ice cream push out the sides and the cold biscuit used to set my teeth on edge.

Tell me I'm not imagining it?!

There was!!!! It was delicious. I think it was quite a mild flavour like vanilla but not 100% sure. I can taste it now!

Yes there was - in fact I can remember a couple that might fit? One was just biscuit (but more like a cheesecake base, kind of crumbly) and the usual vanilla (or maybe slightly caramelly?) Ice-cream and chocolate layers. The other one was praline and had a similarly crumbly biscuit/nut/praline layer and hazelnut ice cream.

I lived in Portugal as a teen and the range they had there was epic compared to the UK! White choc and lemon, cappuccino, hazelnut, white choc and raspberry... the praline was my fave though!

There was!! There was a vienetta biscuit caramel and I found one last year in Lidl!!! Best day ever!!
