This is two I’ve heard of now that (obviously most are perfectly lovely - don’t start) that together with the kids’ parent have strange rules.
eg adult children have to ask if they can get a bowl of cereal. Another banned a relatives adult daughter from certain reception rooms in the house.
I’m wondering if there was a really good reason for this kind of behaviour and how the birth parent allows this to happen to their children ?
