Se because we have biggest house we host Boxing Day
This year we have visitors from abroad , not staying with us but lots of things planned .
I came down with flu a week ago and now got a secondary infection laryngitis, literally no voice and still coughing .
I've told my sisters and I'm resting . Dr says it's taking about 3 weeks to clear .
Do I tell our guests ? I don't want to pass infection on especially as they are continuing travelling . While I'm coughing I'm infectious .
I'm considering going somewhere on my own on the day of the party so they can all get together . I'm not avoiding I'm actually disappointed. .
The guests are my husbands brother family they are lovely and we haven't seen since 2019 because of covid .
Thoughts please
Tell them , stay and let them decide
Telll them then go somewhere else so they don't get infected
