That I am finally starting to feel human after this awful bug!
2 weeks of flu followed by 2 weeks of pneumonia, 3 different lots of antibiotics and today, for the first time, I’m starting to feel like me again!

I don’t want to push my luck as I still have 2 days of antibiotics but finally!!!

That's lovely news, hope you continue to improve, it's such a slog trying to get better but take recuperation seriously if you've been ill a while - the temptation to do too much too soon is strong!

I've woken up and feel worse than I have for the past week...and I've had this sore throat/cough, headache, shivers etc since October on and off.

So glad to hear this OP. I don't think I have it as bad as you but still feeling pretty grotty this last week. Can't wait to get back to health!

I am so happy for you but also a little bit jealous!

I had plans today (the first I haven’t cancelled) and went along. Had a lovely time and now had a soak and sitting with a cup of tea. I’m tired but still feeling good!
