Where can I find someone to sew something!!

I am definitely being unreasonable but I’m going to ask anyway!
A few years ago I made a cuddly dog toy for my son and he loved it. It took me weeks to do it, I’m awful at sewing and it looks very rough but I did it. I was on maternity leave and had loads of spare time.
My sister is pregnant with twins and has asked me if I’d make the babies a toy each - she loves dragons so that’s what she’s asked for (not for kids to suck etc just for display so no issues re small parts etc). I said yes without really thinking about it and now regret it massively!
I have found a pattern online but with a full time job now I just don’t have time. I would tell her but she’s been raving to my mum and gran about how excited she is.
Would I possibly be able to find someone who could make me 2 dragons from this pattern that look a bit rough around the edges?! I have googled but can only find pattern designers or sewing people who do alterations etc. Obviously no one will market themselves as making rather crappy cuddly toys. Or do I confess to my sister and upset her lots?

Maybe post on a local Facebook group?

problem is, even small things like that will take someone 2-3 hours each (I’m a fairly competent seamstress but not a professional) and whilst I’d happily do this for a friend, at even £10 per hour you’d be looking at £20-30 per toy plus materials. I’d imagine a professional would charge far more.

There are people on Etsy who make stuffed animals out of your old baby clothes so maybe you could message one of them and ask if they’d be prepared to mod it if you send fabric and the pattern?
