Had a recent thread re my ex and the abuse

We are now no contact

My kids need a passport and I don't know how to do this without his signature?

We have a non mol in place

Do I need to go to family court to apply for tue passports?

Yes, you're right.

Yes do it online. They will tell you where to send the documents. You will need someone to verify their identity so you'll need their email address so that can be done online too.

Pictures can be taken with your phone too if you have a light coloured wall to take them against
