Missing return royal mail

I sent 3 all saints returns back via Royal Mail on 1/12/22. Still no sign of them arriving and no refund when the money is most definitely needed. I logged with Royal Mail and got an email that I can claim as more than 10 days delayed on expected. When I try and start a claim it seems that it’s the business (all saints) who needs to do this? Does anyone have experience of how this should be done?

Yes it's always the sender that needs to contact them as it was them that bought the postage.

But the OP is the sender?

GLADragss · 20/12/2022 23:22

Did you arrange the return with Royal Mail or did all saints?

GLADragss · 20/12/2022 23:23

If all saints, they need to raise the claim. However they should still issue you the refund asap

There's still hope. A return DH sent was MIA for 3 weeks but suddenly arrived this week.
