Has anyone ever reached this level of knackered? Three nights ago I got 4 hours sleep, son had ear infection and was awake all night, two nights ago I had a migraine, probably because of being so shattered from the night before, sleep was non existent. Last night had my work christmas do. Got home at midnight, babysitter left, son woke up immediately as I was closing my eyes at 2. Went back to sleep by 3 and he was up ready for the day at 5am. I'm in bed, the most tired I've ever been, but I can't sleep. My eyes are burning, I feel nauseous and can't get warm, I'm shakey and dizzy. So tired but can't fecking sleep. Anyone ever been this knackered?

Could you take a nitol or something stronger if you have access to it? Promethazine is a available over the counter. The longer you stay awake the harder it will be to sleep, if you take this for a couple of nights you're body should find it easier to sleep after that

I worry about being in such a deep sleep when my son isn't well. I have just switched on my phone after two hours of being in bed with my eyes closed not being able to sleep. I feel like my brain is literally shutting down.
