They pack them in heavy duty paper bags and I've had one before which had a tear in the supermarket but didn't check this one. It must have had a small hole and then tore when I was lifting it out of the boot. Now I have a boot full of cat litter.

AIBU to be annoyed? Would you write? And how the hell do I get it all out??

IS there a customer service phone line you can call? If not, write to them - I'd expect some vouchers for this hassle!
