I've just had a quote for the attic to be cleared, hatch widened, wooden ladder installed, boarding and new insulation.
Quote as follows
Loftzone boarding system 25sqm @ 70 = £1,750
Wooden ladder 930mm x 600mm = £550
Insulation 170mm 30sqm @ 10goig = £300.
They're going to empty the attic and put it all in a bedroom for me to sort through so I can then put things back up when it's done.
Has anyone had this done? Does this seem like a reasonable quote?
