Back pain with covid??!

I've tested positive today for covid and I feel rotten - painful throat, sinuses and chest, horrible cough, very fatigued etc. Another symptom that has just started to develop however is severe pain radiating in my lower back area - almost feels like sciatica but more muscular than nerve related, if that makes sense? Anyone else get this with covid?

I'm lying in bed trying to rest and I cannot get comfortable at all because this pain is making me wince it's so bad. 😞

Could this be related to covid or a coincidental different problem?

My colleague had backpain when she had Covid. I don't know which part of her back.

Yep this was a symptom for DH. My whole body just hurt generally, mostly my neck and shoulders.

I think this is a really common symptom. Feel better soon💐

Yes- it feels like it's in that sort of area. It's awful ☹️

Yes I had backache both times I’ve had covid. In fact the second time it was the backache that made me test. Took around 8 days to stop needing paracetamol the first time and a couple of days the second.
