Christmas Cards in 2022

For the last 50 + years we've sent /received around 50.

I heard cards might not be delivered until February.

This year, we've received ONE card. Even given strikes, this seems.. odd.

Just curious if anyone else has similar experience?

I think the combination of cards being less fashionable, postal delays and costs of living / postal costs have led a lot of people to just think fuck it and not bother.

I think @CharityShopChic is right. I send fewer and fewer cards these days, mainly to older relatives, scattered friends and those that we rarely see. We currently have 17 cards.

We've had 2. One thru the post and one by someone driving and dropping them off.
They'll probably arrive in time for my birthday in March...unless I've pissed a lot of people off. Xmas Shock
