What are these itchy spots?!

Can anyone help? Extremely itchy on and off on my chest area, which causes me to scratch like mad and have these red sore looking spots, I feel a weird itchiness up to my neck 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I found fexofanadine (think I've spelt it right) which I get prescribed, helps a little

I've just googled it and it appears that now you can buy otc, but not sure if the strength is the same
