Vinted issue - parcel sent back

Posting for traffic. I'm hoping someone can help please?

I posted a parcel at my local shop over two weeks ago via Yodel and had an email a couple days later to say it had been picked up and was on it's way to the buyer. I had a message from vinted 3 days ago to say it had been delivered, but the buyer has gone to pick it up this morning at the shop and has been told it's not there and has been redirected back to my shop. I've just checked the tracking and it does say it's been sent back. She still wants the item so I've told her I will pop to there later tonight or tomorrow at the latest to see if they have it. What do I do? If they indeed do have it, do I just ask them to send it back out again? It was an automated label with the correct address so I no idea what's gone wrong and I'm new to vinted and haven't dealt with this before.

Evri? Don’t even bother contacting them they are absolutely awful. Try contacting Vinted and see if they can give you a new shipping label. Alternatively, cancel the purchase and the buyer should receive their money back and they purchase it again.
