DHL have consistently failed to deliver my parcel all week and have only just now contacted me to say that all of the lockers are full so they are unable to deliver to any of these. When I pointed out that I work full-time in a hospital (so can't be at home for full days willy nilly), particularly as they have claimed they will deliver my parcel all week and haven't, the person on the other end of the phone got grumpy and said what do you want me to do then?
AIBU to think it's up to them to find a solution not me! I even asked if they could give me a more specific time slot that might be helpful but was told no, the best they could give me was 8-8
