DS and I haven’t been anywhere today and I feel bad, we did the school run and the health visitor came round but it’s just too bloody cold, we went to the play centre yesterday and He was at at nursery Monday and Tuesday as I work, we are going our in the cold all day tomorrow visiting Santa , I honestly couldn’t bare the thought of going to a park in this weather but I feel so guilty.

The title should say feel! Don’t know what happened there!

Yabu to feel guilty.

days at home are fine, infact they are good.

as parents we often put so much pressure on ourselves to be out and about all the time but a day at home is something that is needed

Why would you feel guilty about having a day in your own home?

It’s not good for children to be out doing stuff all the time. They need to have downtime at home and they need to be bored so they know how to deal with it.
