I’m trying to renew my insurance for home and contents.
sorted a quote then it failed at the end. They’re saying that it’s because I hadn’t declared a claim from 2 years ago and have upped the proposed policy accordingly
but I never actually claimed - I lost my engagement ring and it went to the underwriters but I found it before it went through and never claimed anything.
surely this doesn’t count as a claim? Annoyed and confused and need to sort the bloody insurance!
