DP and I got a couple of similar jumpers in New York back in the 90s (bear with me), and the shop sold mainly hip hop fashions, not that either of us knew that’s what they were.

Anyway, from a quick google of 90s hip-hop fashions, I found this… www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1083421430/notorious-sweater-90s-hip-hop-fashion - it’s menswear, but there are lots of similar things, so you might find something you like.

Just had a quick look on Vinted and if you search 'Coogi' some more reasonably priced examples come up. Hope you find one!
