Would you mention this to nursery?

Needing some advice as unsure what to do. A couple of weeks ago my DD who is 3.5 said this other little girl at her nursery ‘is not her friend’ I asked her why and she said ‘she hits me in the head’ and ‘she keeps hitting me’. At the time I mentioned it to nursery and they said the girl can be quite boisterous and is a lot louder than my DD but that she didn’t hit her.

yesterday my DD mentioned the girl again and said ‘she tells me to be quiet’ and ‘hits me a lot’. They had their christmas play today and the little girl came in whilst we were sat waiting and ‘glared’ at my DD. My DD came running to me, cuddled up to me and said ‘Thats name’. And it was the one who she had been telling me about. She got quite upset when she saw her. When we got back in the car she said ‘keeps hitting me’. What would you do?

Definitely mention it to the nursery again. I would've expected them to keep a bit of a closer eye on it after the first time you mentioned it to be honest.
