Desperately need ETSY help... Being Hacked!

Sorry guys.. just putting this here for traffic...
Really hoping someone can help.. My Etsy shop is currently being hacked as I type.. I was working on it earlier this evening and then all of a sudden have been getting authentication texts. Go on to find my listings have 100's in stock and free shipping to America.. so am being bombarded with orders and its going to a different bank account. I've changed the password, I've deleted all the listings, I've put the shop on holiday.. everytime I go back its all active again..
Can anyone help please... I don't know what to do

yes but there its really any Etsy help is there? There isn't really any customer service... I've tweeted them, Ive sent a query and it says they'll answer in 2-3 days

Can you temporarily cancel your account and then contact Etsy?

Is it worth contacting Action Fraud op?

Also, can you contact your bank and put a stop on any card linked to your Etsy account?

I've deleted all the listings now ... I was deactivating and putting the shop on holiday and then the hackers would make it all active again, so I've just deleted everything.. there's still multiple American orders... and the bank account seems to be Citibank which definitely isn't mine

Have you not changed your password yet?

you need to shut them out of your account

change your email password too for good measure

Have you got sorted? I've had the same thing. The more I look the more I find lots of people talking about it, but no one is saying what happens after?

I'm day 8 of trying to regain control of my account. It's my main income and so frustrating!
