AIBU to be upset about this??

My partners mum passed away recently.
However his ex who he was with for a few years messaged him sending her condolences which is fair enough I have no problem with that.
However the conversation continued and my partner was being quite flirty, and saying it took him a while to get over her and that he's proud of her etc.
Am I being unreasonable to be upset about this??

Was there more flirty comments than what you’ve posted, as that doesn’t sound overly flirty from what you’ve posted.

He was trying to video call her and was asking him to take her somewhere in her car. But it's just the way he was carrying on the conversation with like flirty banter

I would be upset too but not sure what I'd do

Just feel a bit like a mug

Sounds like he's after a sympathy shag. It's tough because he has just lost his Mum, but I wouldn't like the direction this is going in.
