Sore throat and rash? Pics

Am I over reacting or should I be worried about strep a/scarlet fever
dd has sore throat cold a d found this on her this morning

There are still other illnesses going around, and that rash is nothing like the strep A rash.

I'd be inclined to seek advice though. Could they be bites?

Looks like a HFM rash to me. Hope she feels better soon.
